Co-workers Violet, Judy and Doralee have had it with their obnoxious, egotistical boss and create a wild fantasy where they give him the boot! When a coworker overhears the ladies talking about their fantasy in the restroom they are forced to take action. While the boss remains “out of pocket,” the ladies take control of the company and improve the workplace for all!
