Phoenix Chorale to Perform A CHORALE CHRISTMAS in December

By:

Spend a joyful night of unparalleled music as the Phoenix Chorale sings and rings in the Christmas season this December. For "A Chorale Christmas" Dec. 18 through 22, the 28-member ensemble will arrest audiences with this powerful program that explores the beauty of nature and the cosmos during the holidays. Thrill to the majesty of Javier Busto's lyrical "Ave Meris Stella" (Hail Star of the Sea), cheer the whole family with the traditional Sing-Along and introduce yourself to new favorites, with uplifting compositions by John Tavener, Eriks Esenvalds, Frank Ferko and more.

Under the skilled hand of Phoenix Chorale Artistic Director Charles Bruffy, audiences will experience the exquisite artistry that has made the Phoenix Chorale an international sensation, and favorite of classical music lovers worldwide. The highly-trained singers bring a precision and passion to their performances that is unmatched, garnering eight Grammy® nominations and two wins.

Joining the Chorale's otherworldly voices, each concert will be accompanied by children from the Arizona School for the Arts performing on a resplendent array of crystal bowls, ringing out the music of the season in unique arrangements.

Whether you have been a fan for years, or are looking to find your next great holiday tradition, "A Chorale Christmas" will be a highlight of your festivities.
