"DRAGONS, LADIES, AND TIGERS": Chinese folk tales are brought to life with beautiful, handmade shadow puppets in this delightful show.

Saturday, March 30
DAY OF PUPPETRY: Join the Great Arizona Puppet Theater and the Phoenix
Guild of Puppetry for a full day of shows, puppet making, puppet parades, and lots of family fun! Tickets are just $10 per person for a whole day of puppet fun, 9:30am-4:00pm.

10am -- "Dragons, Ladies and Tigers" by Great AZ Puppet Theater;

11:30am -- Marionettes by Dan Dan the Puppet Man;

12:30pm-- "Clown's 'Gulliver's Travels'" by Przemyslaw Grzadziela;

2:00pm-- "Dragons, Ladies and Tigers" by GAPT;

3:15pm -- Be a Puppeteer in "Froggy Went a-Courtin'" by Vicki Riske.

April 3-21
"PETER RABBIT": Naughty Peter disobeys his mother and sets off to find adventure (and lunch!) in Mr. McGregor's garden in this popular version of Beatrix Potter's most famous tale, told with adorable hand puppets, music, and movement -- no words! Recommended for ages 3 and up.

FANTASY PUPPET SLAM: The Slam brings together quirky, edgy puppeteers presenting short work for adults. Outrageous, moving, bawdy, controversial -- expect the unexpected! Featuring special guest artist

Katherine Fahey from Baltimore. ADULTS ONLY, ages 18+. $12 if PAID at least 24 hours in advance, $15 day-of-show. 8:00pm both nights. Call 602-262-2050 ext. 0 to pay for reservations.
