Charles Shaughnessy, Eloise Kropp, and More to Star in SMTC's 42ND STREET

Scottsdale Musical Theater Company has its cast for their production of the classic musical 42nd Street (July 6 - 15, 2018 at Tempe Center for the Arts, in Tempe AZ.)

Charles Shaughnessy (TV's "The Nanny", "Days of Our Lives", Broadway's Urinetown) will portray director Julian Marsh. He will be joined by 3-time Grammy Award-winning recording icon Debby Boone (#1 hit "You Light Up My Life", Broadway's 7 Brides for 7 Brothers) as diva Dorothy Brock and rising Broadway starlet Eloise Kropp (Dames at Sea, On the Town, Cats) as Anytime Annie. Ms. Kropp will also create the show's tap choreography.

The principal cast includes Karylin Veres (Peggy Sawyer), Michael Schauble (Billy Lawlor), Hector Coris (Bert), Liora Danine (Maggie), Bill Diekmann (Abner Dillon), Chris Gonzalez (Pat Denning), Jeremy Gatlin (Andy), Todd Corbeil (Mac), Devra Hock (Phyllis). Hillary Conrad (Lorraine).

The ensemble includes Ryan Ardelt, Devaune Bohall, Shelly Boucher, Riley Clark, Ryan Clark, Taylor Falshaw, Gracie Gentile, Shawn Hansen, Taylor Hix, Melissa Kamel, Lauren Koeritzer, Patrick Lose, Deserae McCall, Ashley Nebeker, Alexander Richardson, Steffahn Whitcanack, Oli Whited.

Direction by David Hock. Additional choreography by David Hock and Hillary Conrad. Musical direction by Joni Van Rossum. 25 piece orchestra conducted by Kevin Hayward.
