The Philadelphia region’s exciting young performing group - the Upper Darby Summer Stage Shooting Stars - presents “Holiday Spectacular!,” a Broadway-style musical showcase of song and dance numbers. An energized and lively performance, audience members of all ages will be certain to get into the holiday spirit and create wonderful memories. The 90-minute production is ideal for children ages four and up.
The Shooting Stars’ Holiday Spectacular showcases the talented teen singers and dancers – selected by audition from the renowned Upper Darby Summer Stage program - performing seasonal favorites with toe-tapping fun including, “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Do You Hear What I Hear?,” “Carol of the Bells,” “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas,” a tribute to “The Polar Express,” “Sparklejollytwinklejingley” from “Elf,” and many, many more! Complete with sparkling costumes and a festive set, the talented members of the ensemble share Christmas memories that will ring true for everyone in the audience.
