Now is the time to “Seize The Day” with Newsies; Disney’s Tony Award Winning Broadway musical! Set in turn-of-the-century New York City and inspired by the real life Newsboys strike of 1899, Newsies is a David vs Goliath story for the ages. The Newsboys of New York rise up against publishing titans to strike against unfair working conditions and fight for a better tomorrow. Known for it’s Tony Award winning choreography and featuring the iconic songs such as “Carrying The Banner,” “Santa Fe” and “King of New York,” Newsies is a timeless tale that will dance its way into your heart and reminds everyone that a better tomorrow is always worth fighting for.
Based on Disney’s iconic 1992 motion picture, Newsies features a score by Tony Award Winner Alan Menken & Jack Feldman with a book by Tony Award Winner Harvey Fierstein! Directed by Amanda Pasquini and choreographed by Barrymore Award Winner Devon Sinclair.
