Upper Darby Summer Stage presents Seussical, Jr. and A Disney Spectacular!, beginning this month.

The “Horton Hears a Who” musical! Told by The Cat in the Hat, the story centers around Horton the Elephant, who finds himself faced with a double challenge – not only must he protect his tiny friend Jojo (and all the invisible Whos) from a world of dangers, but he must guard an abandoned egg left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie. Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him and recognizes “his kind and his powerful heart.”

The 37th season of Summer Stage concludes with a musical extravaganza of Disney favorites from Snow White to Tangled. We’ll feature many of the most popular Disney Princesses as well as the bravest Disney Heroes and the scariest Disney Villains! Featuring the biggest cast of the summer, great songs and dances, and that special magic that happens whenever the Disney name is spoken.
