Theater Harrisburg Introduces New Theater Summer Camp 6/8-7/10

Theatre Harrisburg is proud to introduce its new Theatre Summer Camp! Kids between the ages of 7 and 14 will have the opportunity to learn from theatre professionals and Theatre Harrisburg veterans about all aspects of the theatre arts. Through the development of a full musical production, students will learn about the process of putting on a show from auditions to costumes, make-up, from props to set design and construction. WHEN: Mon.- Fri. June 8th through July 10th, (No classes July 2nd and 3rd)
TIME: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
WHERE: KREVSKY PRODUCTION CENTER 513 Hurlock St.

PERFORMANCE DATES: DRESS REHEARSAL JULY 9TH 3:00 pm - free
PERFORMANCE JULY 9TH 7:00 pm - $5.00
PERFORMANCE JULY 10TH 7:00 pm - $5.00
(there will be a photo opportunity at dress rehearsal and at the conclusion of each performance)

TUITION: $650.00 (due upon registration)
Includes: all classes, costumes, scripts, strike party, pizza lunch on Fridays*,
snack and drink provided daily, 4 free tickets to TH's Main Stage Production of
Once Upon a Mattress at the Whitaker Center, bus trip to NYC to see a Broadway Show

About the teacher
Lisa Werner holds a B.F.A. in Drama from New York University's Tisch School of the
Arts and an M.F.A. in Acting from Brooklyn College. A member of The Screen Actor's
Guild for 38 years, Ms. Werner has spent her life as a Theatre Professional in New York.
Over the last 15 years, Ms. Werner has been devoted to working with young people as a
director and teacher of the Theatre Arts
