The State Theatre Center for the Arts Announces its 2018-19 Season

The State Theatre Center for the Arts, Easton, PA, announces its 2018-19 Season, the 92nd season at the historic venue. Tickets for the new season will go on sale to State Theatre Members on Wednesday, August 1st, to the public on Wednesday, August 15th.

The new season will also include a new, improved ticketing system that will allow print at home tickets and online redemption of Gift Cards, among other audience enhancements.

The opening month of the season features previously announced performances by Academy Award-winning comedian Steven Wright, a conversation with John Cusack following a showing of 80's hit Say Anything and an evening of Magic, Football and Comedy with former Philadelphia Eagle Jon Dorenbos.

Additional highlights include a The Greatest Love of All: The Whitney Houston Show, The Doo Wop Project, Kenny G, STOMP, Celebrate Celine, and Live in Central Park Revisited: Simon & Garfunkel.

The 92nd season at the State Theatre also includes six Broadway shows with performances of Something Rotten, Spamalot, Rock of Ages, The Sound of Music, Finding Neverland, and Kinky Boots.

A number of previously announced shows are already on sale including The Hit Men, Diana Krall, Jim Witter's The Piano Men and Raffi.

Tickets for the new season will go on sale to State Theatre Members Wednesday, August 1 (Box Office window at 453 Northampton Street opens at 6 AM; Online Ticketing and Phone lines open at Noon). Tickets will go on sale to the Public August 15 at 10 AM. Limit 10 tickets per Member per performance during Members Only sales. Membership to the Non-Profit State Theatre starts at $75, lasts one year and is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
