The Community Playhouse of Lancaster County is seeking a male actor for the role of Ty Williamson for its February production of Sordid Lives. The actor should be able to play mid-20s. Rehearsal schedule for this role can be flexible as the role is primarily 4 monologues. Production dates are February 19, 20, 21, 26 and 27. Sordid Lives premiered in Los Angeles on May 11, 1996 and ultimately won 14 Drama League Awards. Since then it has been developed into an independent film and a television series. The movie tells the story of a Texas family coming together in the aftermath of the matriarch's death. 

Established in 1972, the Community Playhouse of Lancater County is the oldest arts organization in Lancaster County. CPLC strives to nurture an appreciation for the arts and our world through diverse theatre arts programming.
