Straight No Chaser Returns to Hershey Theatre in December; Tickets On Sale 5/11
ATCO/Atlantic recording group Straight No Chaser will bring their #SNClive Fall 2012 Tour to Hershey Theatre on Saturday, December 22 at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Tickets for this show are $29, $39 and $49 (processing fees apply, and there is an eight-ticket limit) and are available at Hershey Theatre Box Office. They can be charged by-phone at 717-534-3405 or 800-745-3000, and online at www.HersheyEntertainment.com, www.LiveNation.com or www.TicketMaster.com.
Straight No Chaser – who was featured on the “Generation YouTube” episode of ABC’s 20/20 – is using the tour to continue expanding on their social media interaction with fans. The group credits a large amount of its success to its early adoption and encouragement of sharing content. "This group started because of a viral video on YouTube,” explains group member Randy Stine. “From day one, we have encouraged fans to upload photos and videos from our shows, even expanding venue photo policies to ensure that this was possible. We are excited to really drive home the idea of building a fan community around content by naming our tour #SNCLive." As its name suggest, #SNClive will be a multi-platform concert event, with the hashtag giving fans a way to search and categorize content specific to this tour across all social media platforms.
In addition to their upcoming dates, Straight No Chaser will be going into the studio this summer to record their fourth full-length album, which is set to be released this fall. More details on the upcoming album will be released in the coming months.
