Dick Boak, director of the museum and archives at C.F. Martin and Company, is about to go out on a high note - with a little help from his friends.

BOAK'S BASH aka The Last Schmaltz will celebrate his retirement with an unprecedented acoustic concert event at the historic State Theatre in Easton on Saturday, January 6th. "We are honored beyond words that Dick would share his celebration with us," comments Shelley Brown, President & CEO of the State Theatre. "He has been a great friend and supporter for years and we are thrilled to be part for what will be a once-in-a-lifetime event. He is revered by performers and artists with whom he has collaborated , and honoring his amazing career here will be a night to remember. And the fact that the proceeds of the evening benefit this theatre is the icing on the cake. We are so grateful!"
