MEMPHIS Comes to the Hershey Theatre in April; Tickets On Sale Now
Memphis, the 2010 Tony® Award Winner for Best Musical and the show that's currently blowing the roof off Broadway, will be at Hershey Theatre from Tuesday, April 10 through Sunday, April 15.
Tickets for this show are $80, $75, $70, $65, $60 and $25 (processing fees apply) and are available at Hershey Theatre Box Office. They can be charged by phone at 717-534-3405 or online at www.HersheyTheatre.com or www.TicketMaster.com.
Memphis takes place in the smoky halls and underground clubs of the segregated 50's, where a young white DJ named Huey Calhoun fell in love with everything he shouldn't: rock and roll and an electrifying black singer. Memphis is an original story about the cultural revolution that erupted when his vision met her voice, and the music changed forever.
Join their incredible journey to the ends of the airwaves -- filled with laughter, soaring emotion and roof-raising rock 'n' roll.
Critically acclaimed Memphis won four 2010 Tony Awards including Best Musical, Best Original Score, Best Book, and Best Orchestrations. Memphis also won four Drama Desk Awards including Outstanding Musical, Outstanding Performance by an Actress, Outstanding Music and Outstanding Orchestration. In addition, Memphis has won four Outer Critic Circle Awards including Outstanding Musical, Outstanding Score, Outstanding Actress and Outstanding Choreography.
