Bristol Riverside Theater to Host SING-ALONG GREASE, 7/5-6

Ever wanted to know what it's like to be a T-bird or a Pink Lady but never felt cool enough to pull it off? Bristol Riverside Theater presents Sing-Along Grease, the sing along screening of the classic film starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John on Saturday, July 5 at 8:00PM and Sunday, July 6 at 3:00PM. This is your chance to don those pink jackets, grease your hair and let all inhibitions go for an evening when Grease is the Word.

Tickets to this fun-packed interactive celebration of Grease are $20, and are available by visiting or calling the BRT Box Office at 215-785-0100. Bristol Riverside Theatre is located at 120 Radcliffe Street in Bristol, PA.

The evening kicks off with host Anthony D'Amato who has appeared at BRT in RENT, Mrs. Bob Cratchit's Wild Christmas Binge, and several BRT Musicale performances. D'Amato will lead a vocal warm-up and hand-jive lesson before demonstrating how to use the free fun pack during the film, including some appropriate heckles and accompanying actions. He will also coordinate the costume parade across the BRT stage. Then get ready to sing and dance along with Danny, Sandy and the gang.

The summer fun continues at BRT with Jukebox Saturday Night (June 19-29), The New Red Hot Mamas (July 17-27), Cooking with the Calamari Sisters (July 30-August 3), Groove Train Riders (August 8), Don McCloskey (August 9), and Broadway's Best (August 14-24).

Since 1986, BRT has brought consistently acclaimed professional theatre to Bucks County and maintains a long-term commitment to finding and developing new plays. The theatre is the recipient of over 68 Barrymore Award nominations for Excellence in Theatre, given annually by Theatre Philadelphia. In addition to its mainstage productions, the theatre serves as a cultural hub for the community, with such programs as children's theatre, community concerts and exhibitions of local visual arts. Currently under the direction of Artistic Director Keith Baker, Founding Director Susan D. Atkinson, and Managing Director, Amy Kaissar, BRT concludes its 27th season. For information, visit
