Here is Zak Resnick singing 'Reason to Fall' by Zoe Sarnak from her musical The Years Between: a poignant window into lives, loves, and dreams of the new 'lost generation' set to a rock, folk, pop and soul score. The piece centers on Piper, a 27 year-old modern Peter Pan living in a modern American city, and the group of millennials in her life. They struggle financially, change jobs, and move through long term but non-committal relationships in a snapshot of the 'boomerang' (NY Times) generation and their idealized, if sometimes misguided, search for purpose. One of those friends is Damon, parentless and fiercely loyal to his friends and relationships. Damon has his heart broken by BA, the woman he thought he'd marry. He revisits their old apartment together and standing in a ghost-town of their memories he sings.

The women behind #makeitfair, a new group calling for gender equality, decided to create a new video underscoring the wealth of female talent that often goes untapped.

On September 19, 2014, some of the biggest stars on Broadway were invited to perform at a benefit concert for the Amigos de Jesus Orphanage (http://www.amigosdejesus.org/) and the children of Honduras. Among the performances was a bilingual rendition of 'Let it Go,' sung by Robin de Jesus. Check it out below!

Twenty-Somethings 2, an evening spotlighting the work of songwriters Drew Overcash, Blake Pfeil, and Zoe Sarnak, was held Aug. 18 at the Highline Ballroom. Tony nominee Robin de Jesus, Kacie Sheik and Nic Rouleau were among the performers.

Broadway Gives Back and Seaview Productions presented the 'Second Annual Broadway Charity Songs' benefit concert on February 24, 2014. 'Broadway Charity Songs' has paired a group of award-winning musical theatre composers with a group outstanding charities and tasked them with composing an original song inspired by the work of that charity. The result is a group of songs gifted to the charities - with the hope that the songs 'go viral' -- increasing awareness for these outstanding organizations. Last night, a slew of Broadway favorites took part in Twenty-Somethings at The Highline Ballroom, featuring music by up-and-coming songwriters Blake Pfeil, Zoe Sarnak and Drew Overcash. Songwriter Blake Pfeil and two-time Tony-nominee Robin de Jesus have released a music video of Pfeil's song 'Queen.' The song was written in honor of the victims of anti-LGBT violence for 2013 New York City Pride. The video, which was produced and directed by filmmaker Ben Cadwallader, features Mr. De Jesus on vocals, Mr. Pfeil on keys, and cellist Bobbie L. Crow, III of the iconiQ String Quartet.
