After six long years, the wait is finally over! The musical web series THE BATTERY'S DOWN, which wrapped up its final season in late 2009, has returned for a reunion special (which aired on Hulu earlier this week) and a Joe's Pub concert, with performances from original cast members (and some very special guests). New York City saw a different side of its typically conservative Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, when he donned extensions and hippie garb on stage with Broadway's cast of Hair at the Inner Circle fundraiser dinner on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at The Hilton Hotel. Yesterday, February 16, Oskar Eustis, Artistic Director of The Public Theater, and HAIR director Diane Paulus proudly introduced the new Tribe of America's favorite Tribal Love-Rock Musical to the press. The new Tribe will debut on Tuesday, March 9, at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre, as the current cast takes the production to the West End, opening April 14 at London's Gilegud Theatre.
