That's the story celebrated in the hit musical revue RESPECT: A Musical Journey of Women, playing at Sierra Repertory Theatre's East Sonora stage July 26 through September 1. Black Ensemble Theater announces the World Premiere of One Name Only (A Different Kind of Reality Show), written and directed by Black Ensemble Associate Director Rueben Echoles. One Name Only is presented at the new Black Ensemble Theater Cultural Center, 4450 N. Clark Street in Chicago, now through November 11. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the show below.

Acclaimed Fort Collins, CO-based pop-folk group SHEL will release their debut album on Moraine Records/Mad King August 7.
