To promote their upcoming movie, THE MUPPETS, the gang has already parodied 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' 'The Green Lantern' 'The Hangover Part II', 'Paranormal Activity 3', 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn', 'Puss in Boots' and 'Happy Feet'. They have even parodied their own Muppet trailers!

DanceOn, the YouTube partnership channel exclusive to dance videos, reveals a sneak peek of the opening number from Disney's The Muppets starring Jason Segal and Amy Adams. The scene, set to the tune 'I've Got Everything That I Need,' features the new Muppet Walter and was choreographed by five-time MTV Video Music Award winning choreographer Michael Rooney. The Muppets hit theaters nationwide on November 23, 2011.

The final trailer for THE MUPPETS is out and the gang takes the opportunity to spoof some current blockbuster films and some highly anticipated upcoming films. On vacation in Los Angeles, Walter, the world's biggest Muppet fan, and his friends Gary (Jason Segel) and Mary (Amy Adams) from Smalltown, USA, discover the nefarious plan of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to raze the Muppet Theater and drill for the oil recently discovered beneath the Muppets' former stomping grounds.

Walt Disney Pictures will be releasing THE MUPPETS on November 23, 2011. Starring Jason Segel, Amy Adams, Chris Cooper, Alan Arken and Zach Galifianakis, the film is directed by James Bobin and produced by David Hoberman, Nicholas Stoller and Todd Lieberman.

A little Muppet girl with an afro is getting a lot of attention on YouTube and on a lot of news channels lately with stories on ABC and NPR to name a few. And the puppet has no name. But its creator does - it's Joseph Mazzarino - the head writer at Sesame Street. 'I Love My Hair' debuted on the Oct. 4 episode of Sesame Street and is a love letter from father to daughter. Mazzarino and his wife, Tony Nominatated actress, Kerry Butler are parents of 5-year-old, Segi, who they adopted from Ethiopia.

Acclaimed film and stage actors Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard have joined the cast of Classic Stage Company's upcoming new production of Anton Chekhov's UNCLE VANYA, starring Tony Award winner Denis O'Hare as Vanya, and directed by Austin Pendleton, it was announced today by CSC Artistic Director Brian Kulick and Executive Director Jessica R. Jenen. UNCLE VANYA will begin previews on Saturday, January 17 at Classic Stage Company at 136 East 13th Street. An official press opening date will be announced in the coming weeks. UNCLE VANYA will play a limited engagement through March 1, 2009.
