Beloved Broadway shows were stripped down, sexied up and given a Broadway Bares twist at this year's edition of Broadway Bares Fire Island. Inspired by some of the theatre's greatest hits and set to pop music, the evening brought Broadway style to classic striptease. Twenty-six of New York City's best dancers came together in Fire Island Pines on June 3, 2017, and raised a record-breaking $56,533 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Suzanna Ross will be singing a collection of songs that includes American jazz, French classics, a few pop tunes of the 60s and 70s, and some movie favorites. Songs are from the lists of Peggy Lee, Dusty Springfield, Diana Krall, Sting, Michel LeGrand, Edith Piaf, Lucienne Delyle, Francoise Hardy, and more. Suzanna has performed in Manhattan at TOMI Jazz Club, Cafe Noctambulo/Pangea, and Mondays at Kitano Hotel's Jazz Club. She has also performed at cultural venues including the Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning.
