Chick Flick the Musical a new musical comedy with book, music and lyrics by Suzy Conn (Suffra-Jets; The Mercer Girls), is set to open tomorrow, March 7, at The Westside Theatre (407 W. 43rd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues).
The 'mind-bending' story returns with The OA Part II, which follows OA as she navigates a new dimension, one in which she had a completely different life as a Russian heiress, and one in which she once again finds herself as Hap's captive. Part II introduces Karim Washington, a private detective tasked with finding a missing teen, Michelle Vu. His path crosses with OA, as they try to solve the mystery of Michelle's whereabouts and a house on Nob Hill connected to the disappearance of several teenagers. Meanwhile, back in the first dimension, BBA, Angie and the boys find themselves on a journey to understand the truth behind OA's story and the incredible realities she described.
On last night's episode of 'Late Night With Seth Meyers,' Tatiana Maslany was a guest on the show. During her interview, Maslany talks about the plot of her Broadway show, 'Network,' sharing a stage with audience members, and shooting live scenes for the play every night.
Following seven steamy seasons on ABC's hit show, Scandal, which concluded its run last spring, Tony Goldwyn has made the leap back to Broadway- starring as Max Schumacher in Network. The play marks Goldwyn's third appearance on Broadway (Holiday and Promises, Promises), and he has all the while achieved success on both the big and small screen.
