Home Street Home, a new musical, will play an 11-performance run between February 20 - March 7, 2015 at Z Space, located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the producers announced today. Home Street Home features music by punk legend Fat Mike (NOFX), lyrics by Fat Mike, Jeff Marx (Tony Award winner, Avenue Q) & Goddess Soma (AVN Award winning writer/director), and book by Goddess Soma & Fat Mike. BWW TV's Michael Sterling and Jerry Evans of the JLE Media Group were on hand to produce exclusive television coverage for Broadway World at the Finale of LA's Next Great Stage Star 2013 which broke all previous years attendance records during its six week run at Sterling's Upstairs at The Federal in the NoHo Arts district of North Hollywood, CA January 6 through February 10. The Los Angeles based Festival of New American Musicals was formed specifically to cultivate new American musicals and nurture America's musical youth. SHOWSEARCH, the Festival's nation-wide search for the best ten minute musical written by 16-to-25-year-olds crowned its winners March 23rd in Los Angeles at the Ramon C. Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts, in cooperation with the LAUSD. Check out the video below!
