Academy Award(R) nominee andGolden Globe winner Clive Owen and Academy Award(R) and three-time Golden Globe winner Nicole Kidman star in the title roles of HBO Films' HEMINGWAY & GELLHORN, under the direction of Academy Award(R) nominee Philip Kaufman. Kaufman directs from a script by Jerry Stahl and Barbara Turner.

HEMINGWAY & GELLHORN recounts one of the greatest romances of the last century, the passionate love affair and tumultous marriage of literary master Ernest Hemigway and the beautiful, trailblazing war correspondent Martha Gellhorn, as it follows the adventurous writers through the Spanish Civil War and beyond. As witnesses to history, they covered all the great conflicts of their time, but the war they couldn't survive was the war between themselves.

Franco says that he will appear appear as Chance Wayne, in the Fall 2011 production, which will be directed by David Cromer.

Film Independent, the non-profit arts organization that produces the Spirit Awards and the Los Angeles Film Festival, announced nominations this morning for the 2011 Film Independent Spirit Awards. Eva Mendes and Jeremy Renner served as presenters and 2011 Spirit Awards host Joel McHale was also on hand. Nominees for Best Feature include 127 Hours, Black Swan, Greenberg, The Kids Are All Right and Winter's Bone.

Yesterday, September 13, David Lindsay-Abaire premiered the film adaptation of his Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning play, The Rabbit Hole during the 35th Toronto International Film Festival at the Elgin Theatre. The film stars Nicole Kidman, Diane Wiest, Aaron Eckhart, Tammy Blanchard, and Sandra Oh. The film was adapted by Lindsay-Abaire and directed by John Cameron Mitchell.

'All About Me' star Dame Edna sat in as guest co-host of ABC's 'The View' on Thursday, March 25. Dame Edna spoke candidly on many topics including her love life and Madonna's adoption choices. She was also joined by Michael Feinstein, also starring in 'All About Me' for a musical performance of 'We Get Along Amazingly Well.'
