She took the challenge after her hometown concert, KRISTIN CHENOWETH: COMING HOME, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, joined by director Kenny Ortega and music director Mary Mitchell Campbell.

Today, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization, released a video ad featuring Emmy and Tony Award-winner Kristin Chenoweth for the group's Americans for Marriage Equality campaign. In the video, Chenoweth states, 'The bottom line is that regardless of how you were made or who you love, you should be able to get married if you want to get married. I truly believe it's that simple.' The video can be viewed below!

The Hollywood Bowl hosted its 15th Annual Hollywood Bowl Hall of Fame concert last night, June 21. Emmy and Tony-winner Kristin Chenoweth was inducted by Carol Burnett, her life-long idol. As she made her entrance, Chenoweth paid homage to her by singing the theme song from The Carol Burnett Show. Later in the evening, Chenoweth was joined on stage by Lea Michele, with whom she co-starred with on the television series GLEE in 2009. Chenoweth and Michele sang WICKED's 'For Good' together.

The revival cast featured Anthony Rapp as Charlie Brown, Kristin Chenoweth as Sally and Roger Bart as Snoopy.

Recently partnering with the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center Foundation, Broadway's Kristin Chenoweth recently focused her philanthropy efforts to support fine arts and community relations in Broken Arrow, establishing the Kristin Chenoweth Fund for Arts and Education. Her first venture for the program was to help raise money for Broken Arrow Public Schools students to receive the opportunity of a lifetime. More than 200 fine arts students just travelled to New York City to share their talents with the world at the legendary Carnegie Hall.
