After many sold-out concerts throughout NYC and London (including Birdland, Joe's Pub, and headlining the Songbook Series at Lincoln Center & St. James Theatre), award-winning composer/lyricist Bobby Cronin makes his full-concert 54 Below debut with songs from his musicals: W2ML (under a Broadway option), Sunset City (Running Deer Theatre Lab 2013), The Concrete Jungle (workshop March 2014), Daybreak (London's Tristan Bates Theatre 2012), and 'Til Death Do Us Part (2012 Alec Baldwin Fellowship Winner) on Tuesday, October 29th at 9 PM.

Last night, a slew of Broadway favorites took part in Twenty-Somethings at The Highline Ballroom, featuring music by up-and-coming songwriters Blake Pfeil, Zoe Sarnak and Drew Overcash. Songwriter Blake Pfeil and two-time Tony-nominee Robin de Jesus have released a music video of Pfeil's song 'Queen.' The song was written in honor of the victims of anti-LGBT violence for 2013 New York City Pride. The video, which was produced and directed by filmmaker Ben Cadwallader, features Mr. De Jesus on vocals, Mr. Pfeil on keys, and cellist Bobbie L. Crow, III of the iconiQ String Quartet. The New York premiere of the new musical Mama and Her Boys will feature brand new material contributed by some of musical theatre's most exciting up and coming composers. Sam Carner and Derek Gregor, Drew Overcash and Tony nominee Lucy Simon have all contributed material to the new Off-Broadway musical. BRING IT ON's Jason Gotay performed 'Westland Avenue' and NEWSIES' Ben Fankhauser and SPIDER-MAN and AMERICAN IDIOT's Christina Sajous sang 'Ask Me Too' at last night's (August 26th) St. Jude Benefit Concert at Joe's Pub. Check out video of the performances below!
