Tectonic Theater Project and Madison Wells Live have announced that due to overwhelming demand, their production of Seven Deadly Sins, which opened last night, is extending by one-week. The sexy outdoor theatrical experience which has been electrifying New York City’s Meatpacking District must end its limited engagement on Sunday, July 25.

Last night, Mike Birbiglia was a guest on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' during the show's week in Brooklyn. Birbiglia, who is about to star on Broadway in 'The New One,' talks to Jimmy about living in Brooklyn and taking his show to Broadway. Birbliglia also brings up how Jimmy crying at the end of his show! The new production of Scott Organ's play PHOENIX, starring Emmy Award and Golden Globe nominee Julia Stiles and James Wirt, begins performances at the Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce Street) Monday, July 28. Presented by Nicholas Jabbour, PHOENIX will play a limited engagement through Saturday, August 23, and is produced by Poverty Row Entertainment, Rian Patrick Durhamand Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, by special arrangement with The Cherry Lane Theatre.

piece by piece productions, Rising Phoenix Repertory, and The Barrow Group have announced that All The Rage, written and performed by Martin Moran, and directed by Seth Barrish, will begin performances on Saturday, January 19, at 7pm at the Peter Jay Sharp Theater, 416 West 42 Street, between Ninth and Tenth Avenues. The opening night has been set for Wednesday, January 30, at 7pm.
