With his inimitable wit and insight, Doug Wright explores the nature of artistic success and the fear of being forgotten. Atlantic Theater Company presents the first production of its 2014-2015 season - the world premiere new musical FOUND, directed by Lee Overtree, featuring a book by Tony Award nominee Hunter Bell([title of show]) and Lee Overtree and original music and lyrics by Eli Bolin. FOUND officially opened last night, October 14 for a limited, eight-week engagement through Sunday, November 9, 2014 Off Broadway at Atlantic Theater Company at the Linda Gross Theater (336 West 20th Street). The world premiere production of the brand new musical comedy Bullets Over Broadway, written by Woody Allen and based on the screenplay by Allen and Douglas McGrath for the 1994 film, will begin preview performances tomorrow, March 11 and officially open Thursday, April 10, 2014 at The St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street). The new musical will be directed and choreographed by five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman. Previews begin tomorrow night, Saturday, March 8, for the return to Broadway of Tony Award-winner and two-time Academy Award-winner Denzel Washington, starring as Walter Lee Younger in Lorraine Hansberry's A RAISIN IN THE SUN. Atlantic Theater Company's ATC Uncovered is celebrating the 7th anniversary of SPRING AWAKENING on Broadway. The musical began at the Atlantic before transferring to Broadway, and stars Lea Michele, Jonathan Groff, John Gallagher, Jr., Lauren Pritchard, Lilli Cooper, Remy Zaken and more gathered at the theater on December 2nd to talk about thriving in an intimate space, performing a 'formative' project at such an important part of their lives, and what they want to collaborate on next. He reveals: 'This month we'll be celebrating the 7th anniversary of Spring Awakening on Broadway when myself and a few friends of mine bring it all back home to where it all started with a live, special event.'
