VIDEO: Ed Asner, Dianne Warren, and More Endorse Bill to End Use of Wild Animals in Traveling Circuses in the US
Representatives Ryan Costello (R-PA) and Raul Grijalva (DA-AZ) have introduced the Traveling Exotic Animal and Public Safety Protection Act (TEAPSPA) to Congress a bill backed by Animal Defenders International (ADI) that, if passed, would end the use of wild and exotic animals in traveling shows in the US.
