ARS Productions and Adriel Saporta are thrilled to announce the NYC premiere of SPACEBAR: A BROADWAY PLAY BY KYLE SUGARMAN, written by Michael Mitnick and directed by Maggie Burrows. SPACEBAR: A BROADWAY PLAY BY KYLE SUGARMAN begins performances tonight, October 24 for a limited engagement through Saturday, November 8. Press Opening is Monday, October 27 at 7 PM.

Sundance Institute Sets Projects, Artists for Fall Theatre Labs

Sundance Institute today announced the projects and artists that will participate in its two Fall artist development programs: the inaugural Playwrights Studio at Flying Point in Water Mill, NY (October 19-26), as well as the two-week Theatre Lab (November 30 - December 14) for musical theatre, ensemble-generated projects and solo work at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA). Under the supervision of Artistic Director Philip Himberg and Producing Director Christopher Hibma, the initiatives are among the Theatre Program's five annual Labs and Residencies for theatre artists and part of the 24 artist residency labs across many creative disciplines Sundance Institute offers annually.

Robert Stanton and Phillipa Soo Star in Two River Theater's THE SCHOOL FOR WIVES, Beginning Tonight

Two River Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, presents Moliere's classic comedy The School for Wives, translated into English verse by Richard Wilbur and directed by Mark Wing-Davey. Performances will begin in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, today, September 13 and continue through Sunday, October 5. The opening night performance is Friday, September 19 at 8pm.

McGraw (2013 Page 73 Playwriting Fellow) as part of The New Georges Jam On Toast, a brand-new festival featuring work by The New Georges Jam, a 'performance gym' for early-career female playwrights and directors founded in 2010 by Lucy Alibar, Jess Chayes, and Portia Krieger.

Two River Theater Company to Stage AS YOU LIKE IT, 1/25-2/16

Two River Theater Company, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, continues its 2013/2014 Season with Shakespeare's romantic comedy As You Like it, directed by Michael Sexton (Two River's Henry V), the Artistic Director of the Shakespeare Society in New York. Performances will begin in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, on Saturday, January 25, with the opening night on Friday, January 31 at 8pm. Public Theater Extends GOOD PERSON OF SZECHWAN Through 12/8

The Public Theater announced a two-week extension for The Foundry Theatre's GOOD PERSON OF SZECHWAN by Bertolt Brecht. With a translation by John Willett and directed by Lear deBessonet, GOOD PERSON OF SZECHWAN began performances on Friday, October 18 and was originally scheduled to close on Sunday, November 24. The show officially opened on Tuesday, October 29 and will now run an additional two weeks to Sunday, December 8.
