Today the band is pleased to announce that their new EP Paycheck will be released in the US October 5 digitally and November 9 on vinyl via Persona Non Grata. They've also shared 'Come Home,' their magnetic new single, on Stereogum, who praise the band's 'flickering intensity,' writing, 'Come Home' is built around a a persistent tense, hypnotic guitar tone, adorned with skittering drums and scratchy noise. JGPG Presents Monique Jenkinson (aka Fauxnique) & Marc Kate in GIRL

This first-ever collaboration by the pair who have been partners for many years also marks the debut of the Joe Goode Performance Group venturing into producing and presenting outside artists. Girl is the drag-inflected culmination of Fauxnique and electronic musician Kate's longtime fascination with pairing intellectual rigor and critical theory to popular entertainment forms they adore-including music, contemporary dance and film-and letting fly with provocative and even thrilling results; among other elements and questions, Girl will deftly mine the "final girl" horror movie trope as an investigative tool, all as Halloween and the November mid-terms converge on the horizon.

In a survey curated by American conductor and composer Christopher Rountree, in collaboration with the Getty Research Institute, the often-humorous, frequently challenging music and performances of Fluxus will be featured in a combination of concerts, symposia, and other live events, as well as surprise installations and performances throughout the 2018/19 Centennial season.
