Self-described as "a group of down-to-earth Aussie blokes" - and known the world over for their unmistakable charm, camaraderie, and vocal power - The TEN return for a one-of-a-kind holiday show. "Just wait until you hear what ten tenors can do...their unique mix of the traditional and unconventional offers a fresh and highly-original take on the staid traditions of opera" (New York Times). Having performed alongside Andrea Bocelli, André Rieu, John Travolta, Nicole Kidman, Geoffrey Rush, Rod Stewart, Alanis Morissette, Willie Nelson, and Christina Aguilera, an evening with The TEN Tenors "generates pure electricity and undeniable drama" (Los Angeles Times).

The TEN Tenors will perform HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS on Stage One of the Harris Center on Thursday, November 29, 2018, at 2 pm and 7:30 pm. Tickets are $38-$68; Premium $78. 10% Discount on 2 pm matinee single tickets. Tickets are available online at www.harriscenter.net or from Harris Center Ticket Office at 916-608-6888 from 12 noon to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, and two hours before show time. Parking is included in the price of the ticket. Harris Center is located on the west side of Folsom Lake College campus in Folsom, CA, facing East Bidwell Street.

One of the worlds most loved classically-based contemporary music groups - with over 2000 headline concerts over the last 17 years; their audience numbers over 90 million - The TEN respectfully tip their hats not only to the great classical tenors and composers, but also contemporary music's most popular artists. While their vast repertoire stretches from Buckley to Bocelli, they return to Folsom next month with HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS, their holiday program - a heartwarming selection of traditional and contemporary seasonal favorites, all mixed together with their trademark Aussie charm.

The TEN will perform selections from their recently released Our Christmas Wish, which includes traditional standards such as "Joy to the World" and "O Holy Night," as well as John Lennon and Yoko Ono's "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)," "Feliz Navidad" by José Feliciano, "White Christmas" by Irving Berlin, and Mariah Carey's relatively recent contribution to the canon of holiday standards "All I Want For Christmas Is You." As a special added bonus this season, all net proceeds from Our Christmas Wish, sold through exclusive US retail partner Amazon, will be donated to St Jude Children's Research Hospital. The TEN Tenors raised nearly $1 million (AU) through a similar partnership last year with Children's Hospital Foundation in Australia.

On the surface, perhaps the TEN appear to best attract a female audience, but gender equity is more the case. Long-serving member of The TEN, Scott Muller says "Often, men will turn up to a show, having been dragged by their wives, arms folded, thinking they're going to watch us croon to the ladies and serve up yet another watery classical- crossover show. Not too far into the show they realize we are a group of down-to-earth Aussie blokes that have power and guts in our performance, and the lads leave not only pleasantly surprised but fans themselves."

The group's producer, D-J Wendt adds, "We like to think audiences come to our shows to hear arias and classical pieces that will give them goosebumps like they have never felt before, and they will. However, with our shows, we also promise to make you feel like you have just rocked out or been to the best party you have been to in a very long time."

No strangers to television, their iconic appearances include Oprah Winfrey (on Oprah's Ultimate Australian Adventure), the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon, the UEFA Cup in Warsaw, plus Germany's Wetten, dass?, Extreme Home Makeover, The Today Showand many more.
