Emmy, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award winner Julianna Margulies will be the guest of honor at the third annual Steppenwolf Salutes WOMEN IN THE ARTS fundraising luncheon on Monday, March 12, 2012 at Noon at The Chicago Cultural Center, 77 E. Randolph St. Ms. Margulies, who currently stars in the hit CBS drama The Good Wife, will be interviewed about her stage, television and film career by Steppenwolf Artistic Director Martha Lavey in a format similar to Inside the Actors Studio.

Steppenwolf has just announced that Emmy®, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award® winner Julianna Margulies will be the guest of honor at the third annual Steppenwolf Salutes WOMEN IN THE ARTS fundraising luncheon on Monday, March 12, 2012 at Noon at The Chicago Cultural Center, 77 E. IMAX Corporation (NYSE:IMAX; TSX:IMX) and The Walt Disney Studios today announced that Tim Burton's stop-motion, animated film, Frankenweenie will be digitally re-mastered into the immersive IMAX® 3D format and released in IMAX® digital theatres worldwide day-and-date on Oct. 5, 2012. The film marks the first black and white Hollywood feature and first stop-motion animated movie to be presented in IMAX.

The Grand Theater and Salt Lake Film Society present a free screening of the film "The Crucible", Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at the Grand Theatre, 1575 South State Street. This 1996 film, starring Winona Ryder as Abigail Williams, Daniel Day-Lewis as John Proctor, and Joan Allen as Elizabeth Proctor is set in 17th century Salem, Massachusetts. Adapted from the Arthur Miller classic play of the same name, "The Crucible" tells the story of a spurned young woman who accuses an ex-lover's wife of witchery. Joan Allen won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in this film.

Darren Criss Talks A.C.T. Young Conservatory

Good news keeps rolling in for A.C.T. Young Conservatory (YC) alumnus and Glee star Darren Criss. He is preparing to make his Broadway debut in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, taking over the role of J. Pierrepont Finch from Daniel Radcliffe (of the Harry Potter films) for a limited three-week engagement, January 3-22, 2012. Criss was also just announced as part of the cast for the upcoming movie Imogene (alongside A.C.T. Master of Fine Arts Program graduates Annette Bening and Christopher Fitzgerald), in which he will make his big screen debut.
