'Weeds' Star Mary-Louise Parker to Write Memoir For Scribner

Mary-Louise Parker, who plays Nancy Botwin on the hit Showtime series Weeds, will author what Scribner calls “an autobiographical literary work of nonfiction” titled 'Dear Mr. You' to be released in the fall of 2015.

WHAT WOULD MRS. WEBB DO? On View Beginning Today at MAD

Featuring a range of objects created over the past 60 years, the exhibition What Would Mrs. Webb Do? A Founder's Vision celebrates Aileen Osborn Webb, who established the Museum of Arts and Design, then the Museum of Contemporary Crafts, in 1956. On view from today, September 23, 2014, through February 8, 2015, the exhibition explores how Webb, through her advocacy work at MAD and other leading institutions across the country and internationally, championed the skilled maker as integral to America's future.

Tony Award-winner Hugh Jackman is the latest Broadway star to participate in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. In this video, Hugh Jackman and fellow cast members challenge Tom Cruise and the cast of Mission: Impossible 5, the whole staff of William Morris Endeavor, and Oscar Isaac and the Star Wars cast.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents 'From Marky Mark To Michael: Pop Music Of The '90s' tonight, August 8th at 11PM. Conceived and music directed by Greg Kenna and directed by John Moauro, the evening will take the audience back in time to the 1990s through some of the most memorable hits of the decade. The evening will include songs by Santana, Mariah Carey, Bonnie Raitt, En Vogue and many more.

WOMEN to Open 9/5 at Asylum Theater

Combined Artform and Matthew Quinn present the return of "WOMEN" - with an official opening of September 5th. After a sold-out run in New York City and the Hollywood Fringe Festival, WOMEN, written by Chiara Atik and directed by Stephanie Ward, is returning to Los Angeles for a full run at the Asylum Theater, August 28th through October 25th.
