Casting for Disney's The Lion King has been announced for the long-awaited return engagement in Rochester. The Lion King will leap onto RBTL's Auditorium Theatre stage on Thursday, December 19 for a three-week engagement through Sunday, January 5.

Full casting is announced today for Once, which embarks on its first major UK tour from January 2020, following a run at Fairfield Halls, Croydon from Thursday 19 December to Saturday 11 January.

Believe in magic this Holiday Season at the Fulton Theatre! Peter Pan flies in, November 14 through December 29, with previews November 12 & 13. An adventure for the entire family, Peter Pan is being produced on the grand scale of the Fulton's Beauty and the Beast.

Casting has been announced for Disney's The Lion King at North Charleston Performing Arts Center's stage on Wednesday, December 4 for a two-week engagement through Sunday, December 15.

Casting has been announced for Disney's THE LION KING at the Citizens Bank Opera House on October 3, 2019 for a limited four-week engagement through October 27, 2019 as part of the 2019/2020 Lexus Broadway In Boston Season.

Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) will host its annual benefit to support BAC's programs on Monday, October 7, 2019, in the Jerome Robbins Theater and Howard Gilman Performance Space (450 West 37th Street, Manhattan).

A group of playwrights at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility (RJD) created the play, Finding Our Way, in which personal reflections explore the cycle of addiction in a kaleidoscopic view of recovery, from first time use through the spiraling journey of recovery. The men developed the play in Playwrights Project's Out of the Yard program at RJD, conducted by teaching artists James Pillar, Mabelle Reynoso, and Cecelia Kouma (Playwrights Project's Executive Director). The program is provided in partnership with the William James Association, with support from the California Arts Council and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Future IDs at Alcatraz, a yearlong project, exhibition, and series of monthly public programs on view in the New Industries Building on Alcatraz Island until October 2019, brings attention to criminal justice reform efforts and second chances. The exhibition encourages the viewer to reevaluate ideas about rehabilitation, reentry, and reintegration, which features ID inspired artwork created by individuals who have a conviction history as they conceive and develop a vision for a future self.

On June 24, critically praised Los Angeles-based singersongwriter Eleni Mandell will launch a Northeast tour in support of her just-released 11th studio album, Wake Up Again. With stops in Boston, Philadelphia, and New York City, Mandell will make her debut at JazzFest in Montreal July 3. A full list of dates is below. 

This autumn multi award-winning Theatr na nÓg (Nye & Jennie, TOM) take their hit musical on its debut UK tour. The six week tour follows hot on the heels of the show's Asian premiere earlier this year, which performed to sell-out audiences in Hong Kong.

Casting has been announced for the premiere engagement of Disney's THE LION KING in West Palm Beach.  THE LION KING will leap onto The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts' Bernard and Chris Marden stage on Wednesday, April 24 for a 2-week engagement through Sunday, May 5.

Horatio Alger's Boys will be presented by Off-Broadway's Saint Luke's 2nd Monday Play Reading Series, part of their 2018-2019 season. Written by David Lally, Horatio Alger's Boys imagines the real-life meeting between Alger and his friend, William James, brother of Henry and Alice, one Spring night in 1870. Alger has come to share the truth of his life, and James, his friend, later to become known as 'the father of psychiatry', will listen. The saga of Horatio Alger did not begin and end with his 'rags to riches' stories.
