The 92nd Street Y, New York Harkness Dance Center, in collaboration with 92NY Tisch Music announces the world premiere of cellist Seth Parker Woods' evening-length Difficult Grace in a new version with choreographer and dancer Roderick George, on November 19 at 7:30 pm in Kaufmann Concert Hall as part of the 2022/23 Mainstage Series. The performance is also available online for 72 hours from the time of broadcast.

The recently renovated State Theatre New Jersey presents Ailey II, the next generation of dance featuring a renowned ensemble of 12 rising stars on Thursday, November 10 at 8pm. Tickets range from $29-$49.

Ailey II, the next generation of dance, will embark on a 22-city United States tour October 7 - February 25 stretching from Miami, Florida to South Bend, Indiana to Tacoma, Washington. Following the tour, the renowned ensemble of 12 rising stars will return home for an annual New York season at The Ailey Citigroup Theater March 22 – April 2, 2023.

This autumn, English National Ballet returns to Sadler's Wells from 9 - 12 November with a new triple bill celebrating creativity and innovation, including the World Premiere of The Rite of Spring by Mats Ek, his first new creation for the Company.

Artistic Director Mikko Nissinen and Boston Ballet present As Anticipated, a program featuring three works from the highly prolific choreographer William Forsythe, including a world premiere which is central to a reimagining of Artifact Suite (2004), and Approximate Sonata (1996). These works span a 38-year segment of Forsythe's entire 58-year creative career.

Artistic Director Mikko Nissinen and Boston Ballet present My Obsession, a program that explores our obsessions, devotions, and idols, featuring George Balanchine's Apollo and Allegro Brillante, Helen Pickett's 月夜Tsukiyo, and the return of crowd-favorite Stephen Galloway's DEVIL'S/eye. My Obsession runs October 6–16 at the Citizens Bank Opera House.

English National Ballet has announced that Aaron S. Watkin has been appointed as its new Artistic Director. He will take up the position in August 2023.

PEGGY BAKER PROJECTS, in its final stage production, will present BEAUTIFUL RENEGADES, a brand new play written by Michael Ross Albert and directed by Eda Holmes. The show will run September 20 - October 2, 2022 at The Theatre Centre.

The sixth week of the Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival 2022 welcomes New Zealand-based company Black Grace to the Ted Shawn Theatre, from July 27-31.

Invited by Gustavo Dudamel to participate in the 100th anniversary season of the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, the Paris Opera Ballet, directed by Aurélie Dupont, will perform for the first time in this amphitheater on July 21 and 22, 2022. On the immense open-air stage and accompanied by the LA Phil under the baton of Gustavo Dudamel, Music Director of the Opéra national de Paris, the Company will present an anthology of its repertoire before more than 17,000 spectators each evening.
