The Joyce Presents SYLVIE GUILLEM at The Koch in April

The Joyce Theater Foundation (Linda Shelton, Executive Director) today announced the American premiere of the Sadler's Wells London/Sylvie Guillem production of 6000 miles away, a mixed program devised and performed by internationally acclaimed dancer Sylvie Guillem, to be presented at The David H. Koch Theater, Lincoln Center, April 4, 5, & 7, 2012.

Lincoln Center Festival Set for July-August; Full Listings

Nigel Redden, Director of Lincoln Center Festival, today announced the Festival's line-up, which runs from July 5 through August 5, 2012. Single tickets go on sale on April 2. Theater offerings include Mikhail Baryshnikov in Dmitry Krymov's staging of a new play, In Paris, as well as Sydney Theatre Company's acclaimed production of Uncle Vanya directed by Tamas Ascher and adapted by Andrew Upton. The stellar cast includes John Bell, Cate Blanchett, Hayley McElhinney, Richard Roxburgh, and Hugo Weaving.

The Joyce Announces $25 Tickets to Sylvie Guillem's 6000 miles away

The Joyce Theater Foundation today announced that, through a generous grant by MetLife Foundation, $25 tickets will be available to the upcoming American premiere of the Sadler's Wells London / Sylvie Guillem production of 6000 miles away at Lincoln Center's David H. The 2011-2012 season of Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at the Music Center continues with Ballet du Grand Theatre de Geneve performing the Northern American premieres of "Les Sylphides" and "Spectre de la Rose" choreographed by acclaimed New York City Ballet dancer and choreographer Benjamin Millepied, widely known for his work in last year's award-winning film Black Swan.
