BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, the longest operating performance venue in lower Manhattan, presents Peter Cincotti, performing on Saturday, October 25 at 8PM, the first of four major concerts in the 2014-2015 Main Event Series.

Legendary Soul Man Sam Moore will perform at the White House to celebrate the timeless classics of 'Memphis Soul' as part of the Emmy Award-Nominated PBS Music Special IN PERFORMANCE AT THE WHITE HOUSE Series on Tuesday, April 9, 2013.

As part of their In Performance at the White House series, the President and First Lady will invite music legends and contemporary major artists to the White House for a celebration of Memphis Soul music. The program will include performances by Alabama Shakes, William Bell, Steve Cropper, Al Green, Ben Harper, Queen Latifah, Cyndi Lauper, Joshua Ledet, Sam Moore, Charlie Musselwhite, Mavis Staples and Justin Timberlake, with Booker T. Jones as music director and band leader.

As the Fringe team fights for humanity's future in the fifth and final season, the imaginative journey toward the end of the acclaimed series will culminate in a climactic conclusion during the two-hour final-two-episodes event Friday, Jan. 18 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. This milestone date will also celebrate the series' 100th episode.

It may be the final week of Lincoln Center Out of Doors, but the festival isn't winding down when it comes to exciting performances. This week, Lincoln Center celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the landmark Soul at the Center, highlighted by Valerie Simpson's first tribute to her late partner, Nick Ashford, since his passing. The pair that wrote such Motown hits as "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," "Reach Out and Touch (Somebody's Hand)," and "I'm Every Woman," made their performing debut as a duo at Lincoln Center 40 years ago. The Tribute takes place on Friday, August 10 at Damrosch Park.

In an interview with Collider, FRINGE executive Joel Wyman revealed that the supernatural FOX series will end its run with a three-part finale. 'I am writing and directing it, so I know exactly what it is,' he explained.
