THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS, the provocative and wickedly funny theatrical adaptation of the C.S. Lewis novel about spiritual warfare from a demon's point of view, comes to Baton Rouge in a limited engagement on Saturday, January 25 at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the Baton Rouge River Center, 275 South River Road.

Producers Michael Alden, Stefany Bergson and Rodger Hess have announced that Dr. Ruth K. Westheimer will host a special book signing session at off-Broadway's Westside Theatre (407 W. 43rd Street), home of Becoming Dr. Ruth, today, November 27 following 2:00PM performance (3:45 - 4:30PM) and prior to the 7:00PM performance (5:30 - 6:15PM).

Handle With Care is the new romantic comedy by Emmy Award Nominee Jason Odell Williams, directed by Karen Carpenter (Love, Loss and What I Wore). Handle With Care will begin performances on Tuesday, December 3 and will open on Sunday, December 15 at the Westside Theatre Downstairs at 407 W 43rd Street. Handle With Care is being presented by Bandwagon Productions & Douglas Denoff and Joe Sirola, Sara Crown Star, Neil Gooding Productions and Judith D. Virginia Repertory Theatre announces the opening of the Tony Award-winning musical, Fiddler on the Roof, at the Sara Belle and Neil November Theatre, 114 West Broad Street tonight, November 22. The show runs through January 12, 2014.

Barrington Stage Company, the award-winning regional theatre in downtown Pittsfield, Massachusetts, under the leadership of Artistic Director Julianne Boyd and Managing Director Tristan Wilson, celebrated BSC's New Works Initiative with a BSC in NYC at a benefit last night at the American Airlines Theatre Penthouse. The event was co-chaired by Heather Nolin, Mary Ann Quinson, Rosita Sarnoff and Eda Sorokoff. Among the attendees were Tommy Tune, Julie Budd, and Producers Michael Alden and Jamie deRoy.

CAPS LOCK THEATRE presents THE SEX WITH ROBOTS FESTIVAL, a series of short plays about sex with robots, written by a formidable group of playwrights: Micheline Auger, Danny Bowes, J. Julian Christopher, Richard Lovejoy & Eric Meyer, Mariah MacCarthy, Mac Rogers, Leah Nanako Winkler and Natalie Zutter, with a robot sex song cycle by Nat Cassidy. The festival is set for today, November 5-10 at the Secret Theatre in Long Island City.

The BSC New Works Initiative was launched in 2012 with Mark St. Germain's world premiere Dr. Ruth, All the Way, now entitled Becoming Dr. Ruth.
