Riverside Theatre's Education Division will present six shows this summer that will delight and entertain the whole family.

???????Join Peninsula Players Theatre, America's oldest professional resident summer theater, for its 82nd season.  Tickets are now available for the exciting line-up at the theatre-in-a-garden.   Topping the "must-see" list is a world premiere comedy/drama, a swashbuckling comedy, a lush and romantic musical, a murderous misadventure and a charming comedy.      

Curvy Widow, a new musical comedy with a book by Bobby Goldman, music and lyrics by Drew Brody (Broadway: Oh Hello; Cutman), and directed by Peter Flynn(Rhapsody in Seth; Two Rooms), will play at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43rd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues), it was announced today by the producers.

George Street Playhouse (GSP) has a marvelous finale to their successful 2016-2017 season. The new musical comedy, 'Curvy Widow' is on the New Brunswick stage through May 21st.

Tony-winning Peter and the Starcatcher upends the century-old story of how a miserable orphan comes to be The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up (a.k.a. Peter Pan).

Broadway veterans Wayne Barker and BD Wong set out to write a new musical, but the process is always strenuous and requires many pieces to come together just right. In the hopes of going beyond their own creative development, the pair took their work to San Diego State University and brought in students from the MFA program to aid in the development and production process.

SDSU Musical Theatre students will have the opportunity of a lifetime to be on the ground floor as a new musical by award-winning Broadway, film and television actor BD Wong and Broadway veteran Wayne Barker is born.

Maryland Ensemble Theatre (MET) presents a grown up's prequel to Peter Pan, where a dozen actors play more than 100 unforgettable characters. An apprentice starcatcher (13 year-old Molly Aster) takes to the high seas with a trunk full of magic 'starstuff' and three orphan boys while being pursued by a boat-load of pirates. Peter and the Starcatcher was written by Rick Elice (Jersey Boys, Addams Family) with music by Wayne Barker. This adaptation is based on the 2006 novel of the same name by humorist Dave Barry and suspense writer Ridley Pearson.

 Peninsula Players Theatre is thrilled to announce that single tickets are now on sale to the public for its highly anticipated 82nd season.  Individual tickets start at $38 and can be purchased online 24-hours a day at www.peninsulaplayers.com.   Individual, group or season tickets may be purchased by calling the Box Office weekdays at 920-868-3287 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.  The theater's onsite Box Office will open in May.

Entr'Acte Theatrix and the Peter Halmos Foundation will mount an encore presentation of their well-received production of the award-winning musical play Peter and the Starcatcher from March 31st through April 9th. The show's original run, which was produced in association with Theatre of Collaborative Arts, was interrupted by the onset of Hurricane Matthew in October 2016.  Peter and the Starcatcher will be the first production to open the brand-new Conrad N. Hilton Theatre at the Esther B. O'Keeffe Center for Creative Education in West Palm Beach.
