The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) is a comedy suited for both Shakespeare lovers and haters! A special Tuesday matinee has been scheduled for July 18 at 2pm. Starring Tony Award nominees Arian Moayed as Hamlet, Sherie Rene Scott as Gertrude, and Micah Stock as Horatio, with direction by Drama Desk nominee Tom Ridgely, Hamlet is currently in previews for a May 21st opening. La Jolla Playhouse announces The Cake, a new play by Bekah Brunstetter (TV's This is Us), as the final production of its 2017/2018 season, running in the Sheila and Hughes Potiker Theatre February 6 - March 4, 2018.
