BWW Review: CHICAGO at Mainstage Irving-Las Colinas

Although many guests at the opening night of MainStage Irving-Las Colinas' sparkling production of CHICAGO commented that they've only ever seen the musical's famous (and fantastic) movie, the minimalist stage version has razzle-dazzled audiences for nearly twenty years, making it the longest running revival in Broadway history. While the show offers hardly more than a dozen scantily clad dancers, a bandstand, and a handful of feathers, the magic originally created by John Kander, Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse still manages to shine, even in community theatres across the country.
Spice Girls Star Mel B to Do the Cell Block Tango in Broadway's CHICAGO

Producers of the Tony Award-winning, record-breaking hit musical Chicago announced today that international superstar Mel B, 'Scary Spice' of the iconic Spice Girls and judge on 'America's Got Talent,' will star in the show for an 8-week limited engagement starting Wednesday, December 28, 2016 and through Sunday, February 19, 2017.

The producers of IRVING BERLIN'S WHITE CHRISTMAS, the stage adaptation of the beloved classic film, have announced casting for the upcoming National Tour.
The show will star Sean Montgomery as 'Bob Wallace', Jeremy Benton as 'Phil Davis', Kerry Conte as 'Betty Haynes', and Kelly Sheehan as 'Judy Haynes'. Also featured are Lorna Luft as 'Martha Watson', Conrad John Schuck as 'General Waverly', Dave Schoonover as 'Ralph Sheldrake', Aaron Galligan-Stierle as 'Mike Nulty', Frank Ridley as 'Ezekiel Foster', and Clancy and Samantha Penny as 'Susan Waverly'.
