This past weekend, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. in collaboration with The Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation and The Bronx Tourism Council, inducted Eduardo Vilaro,Artistic Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ballet Hispanico, into the Bronx Walk of Fame, along with Vincent Pastore,Peter Sohn,and Arlene Alda, and celebrated their accomplishments with over 500 who attended the highly-anticipated annual Bronx Ball.

Seven stars of HBO's hit series, The Sopranos, will join with legends of rock to present a fundraising evening of theater and music in honor of actor and firefighter Jack Ferry, a beloved member of the Renegade company, who died recently at age 45. All proceeds from the event will go to the John Augustus Ferry College Fund, named for his young son. The event takes place at The Cutting Room, 44 E 32nd St, on Monday, November 2nd at 7pm.

 Merged Work Productions (Lead Producers) and Jack Thomas (Executive Producer) announced today that music-world icons and television stars Steven Van Zandt and Paul Shaffer, along with Maureen Van Zandt and Joe Grano (Jersey Boys), have joined the Broadway-bound musical Piece of My Heart: The Bert Berns Story as lead producers.  It was also announced that Mr. Van Zandt will serve as the show's musical director.  Piece of My Heart will open on Broadway in 2016.
