PITTSBURGH - Often compared to luminaries such as Victor Borge and Dudley Moore, Igudesman & Joo (Aleksey Igudesman, violin, and Hyung-ki Joo, piano) have shaken up the classical music world with their unique and hilarious performances. For the first time, they're bringing their uproarious and virtuosic sketch show, BIG Nightmare Music, to Pittsburgh when they perform with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra on November 28 and 30 at Heinz Hall.

MR JOHNSON PRESENTS is the latest solo show from award-winning musician, composer, cabaret star, director and actor, Godfrey Johnson. Following its recent run at the Kalk Bay Theatre in Cape Town, KBT Productions brings this musical sitdown comedy cabaret to the Hexagon Dive.

Two different shows of original song and comic musical theatre hosted by Society Cabaret's Director of Entertainment G. Scott Lacy with vocalist and emcee Lua Hadar. On Tuesday, September 23 at 8:00PM at Alice Tully Hall, the American Classical Orchestra presents its opening night concert of its 30th Anniversary season with music that includes Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto with violin soloist Krista Bennion Feeney; Beethoven Symphony No. 8 and Mozart Symphony No. 35 'Haffner'. Krista Bennion Feeney will perform the legendary Mendelssohn Concerto on a historic violin with the same configuration as that of Mendelssohn's concertmaster Ferdinand David.

Hotel Nikko San Francisco and Michael Feinstein announced today that Operation Opera, the MAC Award-winning super hit of the Edinburgh Festival, will perform a limited two-week engagement at Feinstein's at the Nikko -- July 31 through August 10, 2014.
