In celebration of the official opening night of Jim Steinman's Bat Out Of Hell - The Musical at the Dominion Theatre on Thursday 19 April 2018, and due to overwhelming demand for tickets, the producers have announced a new booking period from 30 July to 27 October 2018, with tickets going on sale at 10.00am on 19 April. The winner of the Evening Standard Radio 2 Audience Award for Best Musical 2017 began previews on Monday 2 April.

With the show's stellar leads, Andrew Polec and Christina Bennington, previously announced, the full company has now been cast for the 2018 West End run of Jim Steinman's Bat Out Of Hell - The Musical, winner of the Evening Standard Radio 2 Audience Award for Best Musical 2017. Matthew Seadon-Young, Barbara Drennan and Joseph Prouse, recently joined the West End cast of Beautiful - The Carole King Musical to play Gerry Goffin (Carole King's husband and song-writing partner), Genie Klein (King's mother) and Donnie Kirshner (music publisher and producer). Cassidy Janson continues in the title role as well as Lorna Want as song-writer Cynthia Weil, a role for which she won the 2015 Olivier for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical, and Ian McIntosh as song-writer Barry Mann. Due to public demand, the multi-Olivier award-winning hit British musical SUNNY AFTERNOON has announced another extension to its West End run, until 29 October 2016. The extension will take the show's West End run past the two year mark.

The first images of the new cast of SUNNY AFTERNOON, the multi-Olivier Award-winning hit British musical based on the music of The Kinks, have been released today.
