Three of Los Angeles' most daring small theater companies will bring three premieres to [Inside] the Ford in 2010-11.

This October, Los Angeles-based Keshet Chaim Dance Ensemble will collaborate with Israeli pop sensation Rami Kleinstein, Israeli mega-star Miri Mesika, and the multi-ethnic, interfaith Agape International Choir to present new works for dance and song that spread a communal message of peace and healing.

Singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and political activist Serj Tankian will release a new solo album, titled Imperfect Harmonies, on Serjical Strike/Reprise Records on September 7th, 2010.

Opening in less than two weeks at Starlight Musical Theatre's stage is Hello, Dolly!, the classic Broadway musical tale of Dolly Levi and her mischievous matchmaking ways. The Ovation Award-winning theater company is bringing Shakespeare's somber saga to the stage, serenaded by the soulful songs of Mr. ‘Ain't No Sunshine', Bill Withers. Jealous King Leontes asks Who is He and What is He To You of wife Hermione, who professes, it's Just the Two of Us. But Leontes is convinced, 'They're trying to Use Me Up!' and banishes her, only to realize there Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone. But with the help of Grandma's Hands, he regains his lost Hermione who says Lean On Me, and we'll have a Lovely Day.

CURIOUS GEORGE®, the irrepressible little monkey who has captured children's hearts for generations, jumps into action when he takes the stage in Curious George Live! Curious George swings onto the stage at Fox Theatre from Friday, Nov. 5 through Sunday, Nov. 7. Tickets for all six performances go on sale Monday, Sept. 13 at 10:00 a.m.
