Les Mis. A French title, and a show so popular it has its own nickname. When the show premiered in London in 1985, some people wondered how on earth Victor Hugo's masterpiece of a novel could be turned into a musical. Those people have long since been silenced. Les Miserables has become one of the world's most beloved musicals, and Maine State Music Theatre's current production proves exactly why.

Just back in town from Kristin Chenoweth's sold out, uber-successful, first ever Australian concert tour, we asked Kristin and her cast to send us snapshots and memories from their trip.

Audiences will get their chance to see this explosive production live on stage at Maine State Music Theatre from today, June 26 through July 13 at the Pickard Theater on the campus of Bowdoin College, Brunswick.. The Broadway Dreams Foundation will give aspiring performers across the country their big break with "Circle of Dreams," the 2013 Summer Performing Arts Intensive Tour. The national non-profit training program will present an incredible roster of Broadway directors, performers and industry insiders who will offer musical theatre training, mentoring and career opportunities through unique, week-long performing arts intensive workshops for students of all ages.

Audiences will be left tapping their toes all summer long with Pittsburgh CLO's production of 42nd Street, tonight, May 31-June 9 at the Benedum Center. The production features *N SYNC legend, Joey Fatone, musical theater veteran Patrick Ryan Sullivan, and an incredible supporting cast including Pittsburgh CLO veterans. 'Kristin Chenoweth: The Dames of Broadway...All of 'Em!!!' is hosted by Live From Lincoln Center series host Audra McDonald and will air on PBS stations tonight, March 24, at 8 p.m. (ET) (check local listings).
