The remarkable Martha Redbone Roots Project band perform songs from Martha's highly acclaimed new album The Garden of Love - Songs of William Blake, at Lincoln Center Out of Doors onSaturday, August 10th at 1:30 p.m. at Hearst Plaza. The line-up also includes the fabulous artists Trixie Whitley and Hurray for the Riff Raff.

Zam Not Spam Productions, as part of the 17th annual New York International Fringe Festival, is pleased to announce the NYC premiere production of Laura Zam's MARRIED SEX, directed by Shirley Serotsky. MARRIED SEX will play a special engagement at the Fringe Venue #9 Jimmy's No. 43 (43 East 7th Street, NYC). Performances begin Saturday, August 10 (3:45 pm) and continue through Thursday, August 22 (7:00 pm). Press are invited to all performances.

CINE, the film and television non-profit renowned for its Golden Eagle Awards, announced the winners of its inaugural Film Scoring Competition for Emerging Composers at the 2013 CINE Annual Awards Gala at the Lansburgh Theatre in Washington, DC on June 17. Le Poisson Rouge celebrates its fifth anniversary tonight, June 7-16 with LPR X 5, a series of specially curated concerts that exemplify the venue's commitment to diverse musical programming. LPR has grown and evolved over the last five years, while staying true to the philosophy that inspired co-founders Justin Kantor and David Handler to open the venue. LPR is dedicated 'to the fusion of popular and art cultures in music, dance, literature, and visual art. The venue's mission is to revive the symbiotic relationship between art and revelry, to establish a creative asylum for both artists and audiences.'
