The latest creation by Chef Lynn Bound of Feinstein's/54 Below is the light and healthy "Broadway Beets" sandwich made with roasted beets, pickled vegetables, Camembert cheese and baby kale, served on a New York State Whole Wheat Seeded Sandwich Roll by Amy's Bread.
