The Drama League (Executive Director, Gabriel Shanks) has announced the 2013 Drama League Awards Nominees for Distinguished Play, Distinguished Revival of a Play, Distinguished Musical, Distinguished Revival of a Musical, and Distinguished Performance Award. Recently revived this season on Broadway, Glengarry Glen Ross is Mamet at his very best, writing about small-time, cutthroat real estate salesmen trying to grind out a living by pushing plots of land on reluctant buyers in a never-ending scramble for their share of the American dream. Featured in this production are Jeff Murray, Howard Berkowitz, Vic Cheswick, Jr., Will Runnebaum, Jonathan Sachsman, William Walker, Tyrone Requer, and David Shoemaker.

The Ringwald Theatre will present August: Osage County from May 10-June 3, 2013. Capping off a successful 'Season of Family', The Ringwald has indeed saved what is arguably the best for last; certainly the biggest for last. The Ringwald has had great success with the plays of Tracy Letts in the past, producing two of his works: Bug and Killer Joe. August: Osage County promises to be every bit as compelling as his past works.

Multi award-winning West End star, Leanne Jones, is to head the cast of cult sci-fi musical Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens, which is returning to London for a seven-week summer season at Leicester Square Theatre from Thursday August 1 to Sunday 15 September.
