Theater for the New City, Crystal Field, Executive Director, and The After Dinner Opera Company present two new American operatic musical adaptations from classical works, Seymour Barab's operatic parody Out the Window based upon Georges Feydeux's farce 'Par La Fenetre;' and Rappaccini's Daughter, based on Nathaniel Hawthorne's gothic short story, with libretto by Linsey Abrams and music by Michael Cohen. First workshopped as a reading through Boomerang Theatre and then at an award winning staged reading at 2013's Planet Connections Festivity, BOHEMIAN VALENTINE makes its World Premiere fully staged premiere at the 2014 New York Fringe Festival. It will be performed at 'Teatro LATEA at the Clemente (107 Suffolk Street).' Performance dates are TODAY, AUGUST 9th - 1pm, TUESDAY AUGUST 12th - 2pm, MONDAY AUGUST 18th - 8:45pm, WEDNESDAY AUGUST 20th - 8:45pm, and THURSDAY AUGUST 21st - 4:45pm. Running time is approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.
