Erin Davie to Replace Betsy Wolfe as 'Rosa Bud' in Roundabout's THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD

Roundabout Theatre Company has just announced that Erin Davie will join the critically acclaimed new Broadway production of Rupert Holmes' Tony Award winning musical comedy The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Betsy Wolfe continues as "Rosa Bud" through February 10th and Erin Davie will assume the role beginning February 12th, 2013.

WICKED Goes On Sale 4/4 in Columbus

After breaking Columbus box office records in 2007 and 2010, WICKED, Broadway's biggest blockbuster, will return to the Ohio Theatre June 5-23. Tickets for the return engagement will go on sale to the public at 9am on Thursday, April 4.

WICKED Breaks Box Office Record at the Fox Theatre

After breaking box office records in the three previous engagements, WICKED, Broadway's biggest blockbuster, has once again set records at the Fabulous Fox Theatre. WICKED grossed $2,755,070 for the week ending December 30. The total was not only a new house record at the Fabulous Fox Theatre, but also the highest gross for a week of performances in North American touring history.

DROOD's Will Chase and Stephanie J. Block Set for NY1's On Stage This Weekend

Stars Stephanie J. Block and Will Chase of Roundabout Theatre Company's The Mystery of Edwin Drood will be interviewed on NY1's "On Stage" this weekend. Air times on channel 1 include Saturday, December 29 at 9:30am and 7:30pm; Sunday, December 30 at 9:30am and 7:30pm; and Monday, December 31 (Tuesday AM) at 12:30am.

Creator Rupert Holmes and star Will Chase of Roundabout Theatre Company's The Mystery of Edwin Drood will be interviewed on "Theater Talk" beginning tonight, December 28 at 1am (early Saturday morning) on Thirteen/PBS (channel 13). Additional air times are December 29 at 8:30PM, December 30 at 12:30PM, and December 31 at 7:30AM, 1:30PM and 7:30PM. Starting January 3, the interview can also be viewed online at www.cuny.tv/show/theatertalk.

The Mystery of Edwin Drood is playing a limited engagement at Studio 54 (254 West 54th Street) through March 10th, 2013. The original end date was February 10th, 2013. Yesterday the cast gatherd at DRG Records to record the cast album of the new 2012 Broadway production. The cast album will be a two-disc set that will also include a new Act Two opening number, additional ballet music from Puffer's opium den, an additional Act One track not previously recorded and eight tracks featuring the confession of each murderer. WICKED Begins December 12 at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis

A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of orchestra seats will be held for WICKED, which is returning to The Fabulous Fox Theatre with performances from December 12 through January 6. Two hours prior to each performance, people who present themselves at the Fox Theatre box office will have their names placed in a lottery drum; thirty minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only. This lottery is available only in-person at the box office, with a limit of two tickets per person. Lottery participants must have a valid photo ID when submitting their entry form and, if chosen, when purchasing tickets.
